Bought a new Highlander there. My salesman Danny was a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable about their products. The whole experience was positive and fast. Just a little update I think it's really greedy toyota to change $10 a mouth to start my car with my phone. It will be something I consider when I'm ready to trade.
Very impressed that Kentville Toyota has a LIVE human answering your phone. I have called twice over the past month and on both occasions I was greeted by a real person and they transferred my call to yet another person who answered in a timely and wlecoming fashion. Kentvile Toyota is a refreshing welcome in 2025 when most dealerships have lost that important informed human element... when you have a specific question or you don't know exactly who to ask for.
